A few years ago, Rashmi's bank balance read minus 326 rupees. That day taught her something that never left her: in too many families, love and respect arrive only with achievement — and a woman without her own money is never fully free.

She climbed out by building a profitable education company in India — 10,000+ students, $240K+ in revenue, at 50–60% margins — and reached the freedom she'd been chasing.

Then she did the unexpected: she crossed an ocean, not to chase more money, but to build the room she once needed. SHE-E-O is that room.

No. All memberships are for access and benefits within the SHE-E-O community. They are not investments in SHE-E-O, securities, or a managed fund. SHE-E-O does not pool or manage members' money.

Through education, access to women who already invest, and curated introductions to real opportunities.

Networking is random. We curate every introduction by your goal, so you leave with collaborations that grow — not a stack of business cards.

Ambitious women in finance and money — founders, professionals, and first-time investors. It's inclusive: men are welcome too, but only by referral from an existing member.
